Our team of Editors select items to be included in the recording from the Southern Daily Echo, Hampshire Chronicle and other News sources in our area.
Three Readers present the information that has been selected and a Sound engineer ensures the recording is of a high quality. A master recording is then used to produce the USB sticks that are sent to our listeners.
High speed copiers can produce about 300 copies per hour.
Our Dispatch team load the mailing wallets that will be distributed by Royal Mail. The Articles for the Blind concession means postage is free, both for us and the listener.
